If additional work is needed to meet conveyance standards and can be done in accordance with investor guidelines, we will complete the necessary services as part of the work order. If the required work falls outside the published guidelines, we will provide a detailed estimate to bring the property into compliance.

Securing Services

This property preservation service authorizes Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc. to perform necessary services based on applicable investor guidelines and client requirements. For loan types without specific regulatory guidelines, HUD guidelines will be followed. Services typically include changing entry locks, securing windows and doors, winterizing per specifications, and maintaining the exterior grounds.

Lawn Maintenance

Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc. provides essential lawn maintenance to preserve the property’s appearance, prevent further damage to the grounds, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. Our services include mowing, weeding, edging, sweeping of paved areas (sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.), and removal of lawn clippings, cuttings, and other debris.

Debris Removal

This property preservation service authorizes Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc. to remove interior, exterior, and/or hazardous debris from each property in accordance with client requirements and investor specifications for each loan type.

Winterization

This property preservation service authorizes Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc. to winterize the plumbing at each property to prevent freeze damage, in accordance with investor requirements for each loan type.

Snow Removal

Snow removal is completed on walkways and driveways as needed to provide safe access to a property and per local municipality requirements.

Silver Wolf Property Solutions Inc. leverages our network of licensed and insured contractors to complete insurance claim repairs for all perils, including storm, theft, water, fire, and more. Repairs are done to code, with all necessary permits obtained.

Pool Securing and Maintenance
